We accept most credit card/debit cards. Most orders are shipped from Mainland UK (Blackburn) on the same day if received before 11.30am and we have the item in stock... All out of stock items will be displayed on the product page for you to note prior to your order.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Local/Public Holidays.
UK orders are presently shipped via First Class Mail which takes approximately 1 - 3 working days.
European orders are presently shipped via First Class Mail ,which takes approximately 3 - 7 working days.
International orders are presently shipped via special delivery signed for Mail, which takes approximately 3 - 7 working days.
Customers must allow 10 working days for delivery before we will reship or refund orders.
Any returns should be sent to the following address. Please include a note with your order number, name and address etc with your returned items.However for health and hygiene reasons Era3 will not accept any returns that have been used in anyway .

Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. Era3 Limited will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.

Era3 Limited will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate shipment the item(s) will be shipped immediately once back in stock with no additional shipping charges.
Refunds and Reshipments
Refunds cannot be accepted for used equipment due to health and hygeine reasons unless unopened and returning in original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee after your return of unused goods in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations. Please notify Custoemr Services prior to returning items. Customers must allow 10 working days before we refund your order or ship a replacement. For refunds you must return your order to the address below following authorisation with Customer Services
